The 30-year-old, who has been with Celtic since 2010, could head to MLS in January – another league which he has been linked with in recent times.
The 85 cap international has only featured twice for Creltic this season, both games comfortable wins however, and he is still a good first-team option for the club.
But a January exit still beckons for the experienced full-back.
