Fern, a resident of Ridgefield, Washington State, has been reported missing since August 15, 2023. She departed from her residence driving a 2015 Black/Grey Ford Edge, wearing a flannel long-sleeve button-up shirt and black shorts. Following her disappearance, her family turned to social media to appeal for any information that could aid in locating her.
Fern’s spouse took to Facebook to share a missing person’s flyer, urging for assistance in finding his wife. She was last seen at their Ridgefield home. He also mentioned that on August 15, she left with their dog, Honzo, a Tan Irish wolfhound/German Shepherd mix. On August 16, her phone’s signal led authorities to Surprise Beach on the Vancouver, WA waterfront, where the dog was discovered. Regrettably, Jessica was not found in the vicinity of the beach.
Fern’s husband, who provided the license plate CCC7734 of the 2015 Black/Grey Ford Edge she was driving, requested that individuals contact the Ridgefield Police Department if they come across her. His post stated:
